双参数指数分布平均寿命比率的区间估计

摘　　要：假定产品寿命服从双参数指数分布,在无替换定数截尾寿命试验场合下通过分布的Edgeworth展开和对应分位数的Cornish-Fisher展开方法得到了两独立产品平均寿命比率的渐进分布及置信区间。经过分析,所给出的置信区间不仅适用于大样本的情况,而且在小样本的条件下同样令人满意。Assuming that product life follows two-parameter exponential distribution, we obtain the asymptotic distribution and confidence interval of the ratio of two independent product life based on the Edgeworth expansion and Cornish-Fisher expan- sion in the case of fixed-number censored life time testing without replacement. Analyses indicate that the proposed confidence interval is not only suitable for large samples, but also equally effective for small samples.
