摘 要:以类球状铜粉为基体,在超声波和机械搅拌分散条件下,采用液相还原法在铜粉表面沉积镀银层制备银包铜粉。观察其表观色泽,测试其松装密度、粒度分布、比表面积、导电性和抗氧化性。采用SEM/EDS、XRD表征银包铜粉的形貌、成分和相组成。结果表明:采用此种方案制备出的银包铜粉的颜色为银白色,银含量45.7%、松装密度1.62 g/cm^3、粒径D_(50)为8.290μm、比表面积为0.749 m^2/g,导电性能良好,抗氧化性能较佳,所制备的银包铜粉具有良好的应用前景。The silver-coated copper powders were synthesized by liquid reduction method under the condition of ultrasonic and mechanical stirring dispersion, in which the silver was deposited on the surface of near-spherical copper powder. The apparent color of silver-coated copper powder was observed. The properties, such as apparent density, particle size distribution, specific surface area, electrical conductivity and oxidation resistance were tested. The morphology, composition and phase composition of silver-coated copper powders were characterized by SEM/EDS and XRD. The results show that the color of silver-coated copper powder prepared by this method is silvery white. The silver content is 45.7%, the apparent density is 1.62 g/cm^3, the particle size D50 is 8.290 μm, the specific surface area is 0.749 m^2/g, and the electrical conductivity and oxidation resistance are good, so the obtained silver-coated copper powders have a good application prospect.
