摘 要:CO_2焊熔滴过渡过程中熔池附近区域光照强度变化剧烈,严重影响焊缝特征提取的实时性和可靠性,致使基于视觉的CO_2焊焊缝跟踪技术的应用和发展受到了严重制约。本文采用最小二乘法拟合了CO_2焊焊接过程中熔池附近区域的图像灰度值与瞬时电流的曲线,并分析了二者之间的相对变化关系。结果表明:在短路阶段,随着瞬时电流的增大,图像平均灰度值逐渐减小;在开路阶段,瞬时电流大于62.9296 A时,随着瞬时电流的减小,图像的平均灰度值减小;当瞬时电流在20.4895~62.9296 A时,随着瞬时电流的减小,图像的平均灰度值增大;当瞬时电流小于20.4895 A时,随着瞬时电流的减小,图像的平均灰度值减小。The light intensity at the area near the weld pool during droplet transfer process in CO2 welding changes dramatically, which seriously affects the real-time performance and reliability of weld feature extraction. The application and development of welding seam tracking technology based on vision in CO2 welding is severely restricted. The least square method was used to fit the curve of image gray value near the weld pool with instantaneous current in CO2 welding, and the relative change between the two factors was analyzed. The results show that the average gray value of image in the short circuit stage decreases gradually with the increase of instantaneous current. In the open circuit stage, when the instantaneous current is bigger than 62.9296 A, the average gray value of image reduces with the decrease of instantaneous current; when the instantaneous current is in 20.4895-62.9296 A, the average gray value of image increases with the decrease of instantaneous current; when the current is less than 20.4895A, the average gray value of image reduces with the decrease of instantaneous current.
