摘　　要：近年来越来越多的图书馆设立了图书馆员国际交流项目,这对于推动图书馆业务创新,缩短我国与世界图书馆先进水平之间的差距具有非常重大的现实意义。文章以四川大学和美国亚利桑那州立大学图书馆员交流项目为案例,运用层次分析等数理方法构建定性和定量相结合的图书馆员国际交流项目评价体系。International librarian exchange programs have been increasingly developed in recent years, which has great practical significance in promoting library services innovation and bridging the gap between Chinese libraries and libraries in developed countries. Based on the case study of the Librarian Exchange Program of Sichuan University and Arizona State University, this article adopts the method of Analytic Hi- erarchy Process （AHP） to construct an evaluation system that combines both qualitative and quantitative measurements to assess the effect of international librarian exchange programs.
