摘　　要：[目的/意义]由于环境的复杂以及人们理性有限,竞争情报工作者在情报工作中各环节都容易失误。在情报工作中引入批判性思维的方法,可减少失误。[方法/过程]通过梳理国内外现有的研究文献,总结批判性思维的定义、内涵和标准,然后提出该方法在竞争情报周期各环节的具体运用。[结果/结论]在情报规划阶段,有助于准确地把握"目标"和"问题",为竞争情报找到正确的方向。在信息收集阶段,有助于确保收集的信息的准确性与完整性。在信息处理阶段,有助于保证信息的归类整理符合用户使用习惯。在分析阶段,有助于克服先入之见、认知偏差、假设错误等问题。在扩散使用阶段,有助于清晰的表达。[ Purpose/significance] Because of the complexity of the environment and bounded rationality of human, the intel- ligence workers are prone to make errors in every phase of the intelligence work. The introduction of critical thinking in intelligence work can reduce mistakes. [ Methods/process ] This paper summarizes the definition, content and standards of critical thinking by combing the existing literatures at home and abroad, and then puts forward the concrete application of this method in every phase of the competitive intelligence cycle. [ Result/conclusion] In the stage of intelligence planning, this method can help to understand the ＂target＂ and ＂problem＂ accurately, and find the right direction for competitive intelligence. During the information gathering phase, it can help to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information collected. In the information processing stage, the method helps to ensure that the information collated in line with the user habits. In the analysis phase, it helps to overcome preconceptions, cognitive biases, hypothesis errors and so on. In the diffusion phase, it helps to have a clearer expression.
