摘　　要：【目的】针对国内科技期刊论文同行评审(PR)领域的伦理学现况进行分析,并就发现的问题提出改善的建议及措施。【方法】通过文献分析,荟萃总结科技期刊论文PR中伦理学风险控制与优化要点。【结果】围绕上述核心问题,从外审评阅过程(PR开始之前、过程中及结束之后)伦理学问题分析、PR过程管理与控制及伦理学问题策略优化等部分展开论述,探讨PR相关方(编辑、评阅者及作者等)利益冲突、风险规避及隐私保密等问题。【结论】研究结果可为当前PR规范及伦理学实践提供参考。[Purposes]As to the present ethical status of peer review （PR） for scientific journals, this paper aims to make an investigation and analysis to find the problems and solutions. [ Methods ] Through literature study, the ethical risk management and optimization for peer review of papers of science and technology journals were analyzed and discussed. [ Findings] Based on the core problems and principles, the issues on ethics existing in different PR stages （before the beginning, during the process, and after the end of PR）, management and control of PR process and optimization of strategies for ethical problems are discussed, and the conflicts of interest between interested parties including editors, revierwes and authors, risk aversion, privacy security are explored. [ Conclusions ] These results can provide references for better understanding of PR specification and making decisions in ethical practice.
