摘 要:发展专业学位硕士研究生教育是我国应对应用型高级专门人才社会需求的制度选择,经历了从开放式探索到重点化发展、从渐进式发展到激进式发展、从有序发展到快速增长的转变。随着学位类型的增多和培养规模的扩大,专业学位硕士研究生教育暴露出与职业资格关联不强、人才培养模式特殊性不显、制度设计与实践落差较大等问题。未来我国要继续积极发展专业学位硕士研究生教育,进一步完善其培养体系;坚持灵活多样应用型硕士研究生培养,多样化探索应用型硕士研究生培养模式;积极适应劳动力市场的多元化需求,多维度推动研究生教育多元分化发展;改进制度变迁模式和政策调整范式,鼓励研究生培养单位自主创新实践。Developing professional degree graduate education in China is an institutional choice to satisfy the social needs for application-oriented talents. It has experienced a series of transitions from open exploration to focus development, from progressive development to radical development, and from orderly development to rapid growth. With the increase of degree type and the expansion of education scale, many problems have been gradually exposed, such as the weak association between professional degree graduate education and professional qualification, the unapparent particularity of personnel training mode and the large gap between system design and practice. China's higher education should continue developing professional degree graduate education, and further improve training mode at the postgraduate level of education. It is also required to promote graduate education to multiple differenti- ation development from multi-dimensional, and stimulate postgraduate education institutions to carry out independent and innovative practices.
