摘　　要：以绩效评估为视角,引入风险管理的有关理论,以经济学和管理学的相关学科理论为指导,运用文献资料法、德尔菲法、关键绩效指标法对我国校园足球发展的三级指标进行分析,通过层次分析法和数理统计法,构建出校园足球综合绩效评价指标体系,包括管理体系、人事体系、效益体系、比赛运行、安全体系和观念体系6个一级指标、23个二级指标和49个三级指标,并确定各级指标权重,实现对校园足球绩效水平的全面评估。Based on the perspective of performance evaluation, and the relevant theories of risk management, and guided by the relevant theories of economies and management, it is analyzed the goal of the football program at school in China with 3 levels by using the methods of document, Delphi method and KPI. Then, the research constructs comprehensive performance evaluation index system by using the methods of AHP and mathematical statistics with 6 first-class indexes that includes man- agement system, personnel system, benefits system, match operation, safety system and notion system, 23 second-class and 49 third-class indexes. Meanwhile, the weight of indexes at all levels are determined to achieve a c.omprehensive assessment of the development of the football program at school in China.
