摘 要:本试验旨在研究酵母细胞壁对泌乳早期荷斯坦牛生产性能、换料应激的影响。试验按泌乳天数、胎次、体重相近的原则选取两群牛(试验组98头牛,对照组93头牛),研究日粮中添加100g/(头·d)剂量的酵母细胞壁,以及试验第21天后更换原料玉米对奶牛产奶量、乳成分指标、牛奶酸度的影响,试验共进行42d。结果显示:(1)添加酵母细胞壁可以提高奶牛换料应激后产奶量的恢复速度,提升产奶量,试验组全程平均产奶增量比对照组高出0.90kg;(2)添加酵母细胞壁对乳品质及牛奶酸度无显著影响。结果表明,添加酵母细胞壁可以提高泌乳早期奶牛的产奶量。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary yeast cell wall (YCW) on performance, milk quality improvement of Chinese Holstein dairy cows in early lactation. Totally 98 and 93 cows with similar parity, day in milk (DIM) and body weight were assigned to YCW treatment and control treatment, respectively. Each cow in the trial treatment was fed extra 100 grain YCW mixed with TMR. The trial lasted for 42 days. The results showed that (1) the stress of diet changes of cows relieved in YCW treatment. Meanwhile, more than 0.95 kilogram extra milk yield per cow were gained. (2) There was no significant effect on milk quality and alcohol positive milk by supplementation of YCW. The results above indicated that it was benefit to improve milk yield of early lactating cows and profits of farm by supplementing YCW in TMR.
