摘 要:目的分析瑞金医院预约挂号项目患者按时就诊现状,评价该项目的医疗效果。方法选取近6年半门诊患者预约挂号和实际挂号数据,以患者地域、年龄构成、预约方式等维度对患者预约挂号按时就诊现状进行分析,并提出对策建议。结果医院推广的预约挂号项目已逐渐得到患者认可,使用频率逐年上升,但同时违约率也日益严重。结论采取各种有效措施,通过多种方式控制违约情况,维护正常医疗秩序。Objective To analyze the medical service status of the doctor appointment project in Ruijin Hospital, and to evaluate the medical effect of this project. Methods Patients’ data up to now and outpatient time series data about 6.5 years are selected. The hometowns, ages and appointment methods of patients, and doctor appointment time series are selected as study target. The doctor appointment status is analyzed and some suggestions are given. Results The doctor appointment project is appreciated and used frequently by patients. But default rate is rising too. Conclusion Through multi methods to popularize doctor appointment project and control default rate, the medical service will be improved.
