基于动态规划算法的医技集中预约系统的研究与实践

摘　　要：基于动态规划算法的智能集中预约系统能统筹安排患者的检查,患者多项检查尽量安排在一天完成,以减少患者的往返次数,同天完成的检查根据检查项目的特殊性安排先后顺序,有效降低等待检查的时间。同时有利于医院对医技科室的整体考核,集中预约提供了统一平台,可对各个医技科室的预约效率进行对比,有利于医院总体设定医技科室的考核目标,从而提高整体预约的效果。Intelligent centralized reservation system that base on dynamic programming algorithm can coordinately arrange the patient’s examination, which will complete arrangements for patients’ examination in the same day and reducing their round trips and the waiting time. Meanwhile, it is alto favorable for medical departments of hospital to make overall assessment, compare the efficiency and set the assessment objectives of various medical departments of the hospital, it will finally enhance the overall effect of the reservation.
