结合《经方实验录》看曹颖甫对仲景学术思想的阐发

摘　　要：《经方实验录》是近代经方研究的重要著作,影响深远。该书重实证不重空谈,对还原经方证做出重要贡献,故被后世视为"考验实用"的典范。事实上,曹氏还在仲景学术思想的基础上进行了一定的发挥,为经方的理论研究和临床实践提供了启发。本文举例说明了曹氏对仲景学术的阐发,主要包括对太阴病之桂枝汤证的阐发、对大承气汤证燥热上冲病机的阐发、对大陷胸汤证上湿下燥病机的阐发以及阳明病死证的阐发,等等。The Jingfang Shiyan Lu is a famous medical work, which focuses on the application of the decoctions in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease. In this hook, Cao Yingfu not only recorded medical cases using classical prescriptions but also illustrated and added the theory created by Zhang Zhongjing, which provides inspiration for theoretical research and clinical practice. Fur example, he illustrated the pathogenesis of syndromes of Guizhi decoction, Dachengqi decoction and Daxianxiong decoction, and expanded the range of application of the decoctions above.
