当归补血汤配合雷火灸治疗非小细胞肺癌化疗后白细胞减少30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察当归补血汤配合雷火灸治疗非小细胞肺癌化疗后白细胞减少患者的临床效果。方法随机将60例患者分为对照组和治疗组进行研究。治疗方案:对照组予吉西他滨1000 mg/m^2静脉滴注,分别在周期疗程的第1、8 d;顺铂20mg/m^2静脉滴注,疗程的第2~4 d。治疗组予吉西他滨1000 mg/m^2静脉滴注,在第1、8 d;顺铂20 mg/m^2静脉滴注,在第2~4 d。治疗组再予当归补血汤(黄芪50 g,当归10 g),煎服法:该方剂,加水煎取汁300 ml,早晚饭后温服,每次150 ml,连服21 d。同时雷火灸血海及膈腧共21 d。2组患者至少完成2个周期治疗。进行临床治疗效果观察。结果治疗组30例患者总有效率为86.67%;对照组治疗组30例患者的总有效率为76.67%,结论当归补血汤配合雷火灸治疗非小细胞肺癌化疗后白细胞减少患者的临床效果明显。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Danggui Buxue decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy of non-small eell lung cancer. Methods 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with gemcitabine intravenous infusion of 1000mg / m^2, respectively at L and eighth day cycle course, cisplatin 20rag / m^2 intravenous drip treatment, the first 2-4 days. The treatment group was given Geme- itabine 1000mg / m^2 intravenous drip on day 1 and 8, cisplatin 20mg / m^2 intravenous drip, in the first 2-4 days, and was also given Danggui Buxue decoction （Radix Astragali 50g, angelica 10g） . The decoction method was water decoction 300ml, morning and evening meal administered warm, 150ml every time, even for 21 days. At the same time, thunder fire moxibustion and aeupoints for 21 days of diaphragmatic blood. Two groups of patients completed at least 2 cycles of treatment. Clinical observation of therapeutic effect was observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%, the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%. Conclusion Danggui Buxue decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy of non-small cell lung cancer has obviously clinical effect.
