摘 要:近年来,随着儿童多动症发病率的增加,越来越多的儿科医生发现,在儿童教育领域中有一类被命名为学习障碍的儿童,其症状与注意缺陷多动性障碍儿童有诸多相似。在国外,读写障碍儿童多以特殊教育引导为主,仅在病情严重时用药物辅助治疗。此外,两类患儿的鉴别无实验室检验支持,在临床中鉴别存在困难,而中医通过整体辨证论治则可解决这一难点。西药带来的副作用给孩子造成了极其深远的影响,在探索更为安全的中药治疗方面应当予以重视。In recent years, with the increasing of the incidence of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) in children, more and more pediatricians found in the children's education a kind of children named learning disability(LD). LD children's symptoms are very similar to ADHD children. In abroad, LD children are taught by special education teachers. Only when the symptom is serious, LD children will take some medications. In addition, there is no laboratory test for the identification of the two types of children,there are difficulties in the identification of clinical, and traditional Chinese medicine treatment can be resolved through the overall syndrome differentiation. The side effects of chemical drugs have had a profound impact on children. More attention should be paid to the exploration of more secure treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
