一贯煎合芍药甘草汤联合奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌阴性胃溃疡50例

摘　　要：目的观察一贯煎合芍药甘草汤联合奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阴性胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取2014年7月—2015年12月住院治疗的100例Hp阴性胃溃疡患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组(各50例),对照组单用奥美拉唑,治疗组给予一贯煎合芍药甘草汤联合奥美拉唑治疗,疗程1个月,疗程结束后观察2组疗效。结果治疗1个月后治疗组治愈率(25.0%)明显高于对照组(8.0%)(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率(96.0%)明显高于对照组(82.0%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药一贯煎合芍药甘草汤联合奥美拉唑治疗Hp阴性胃溃疡有显著疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiguan decoction and Shanyao Gancao decoction combined with omeprazole in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori （Hp） negative gastric ulcer. Methods 100 cases of Hp negative gastric ulcer patients in our hospital from July 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group and Control group （with 50 cases in each group） . The control group was treated with omeprazole, and the treatment group was given Yiguan decoction combined with Shaoyao Gancao decoction combined with omeprazole. After one month of treatment, the curative effect of two groups was observed. Results After one months of treatment, the cure rate of the treatment group （25%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （8%） （P〈 0.05） . The total effective rate of the treatment group （96%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （82%） , and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Yiguan decoction and Shanyao Gancao decoction combined with omeprazole in the treatment of Hp negative gastric ulcer has significant effect.
