摘  要:目的考察温度和光照对苯酚滴耳液贮存过程中苯酚含量的影响,为确定合理的贮存条件提供依据。方法采用气相色谱法测定苯酚滴耳液遮光或曝光,并相应放置于室温(25±2)℃和低温2~8℃条件下,苯酚的含量变化情况。结果四种不同的贮存条件室温曝光、室温遮光、低温曝光和低温遮光,考察时间3个月,供试品苯酚的浓度在(19.75±0.70)^(21.39±0.04)μg/ml之间,波动范围在标示浓度的±10%之内。结论在短时间内,在室温和不遮光的贮存条件可以保证苯酚滴耳液的质量。Objective To investigate influence by temperature and light on phenol content in phenol ear drops, and to provide reference for reasonable storage conditions. Methods Gas chromatographic method was applied to detect phenol content in phenol ear drops shading from light, exposing in light, with indoor temperature as (25 ± 2) ℃ and low temperature as 2-8 ℃. Results Investigation lasted for 3 months under the four storage conditions of exposing in light under indoor temperature, shading from light under indoor temperature, exposing in light under low temperature and shading from light under low temperature. Concentration of tested phenol was (19.75 ± 0.70) -(21.39 ±0.04)μg/ml, with fluctuation range as + 10% of marked concentration. Conclusion Under the condition of indoor temperature without shading from light in short term can guarantee quality of phenol ear drops.
