摘　　要：主要介绍美国国家灵长类研究中心的建立、发展、战略布局和运行管理机制。从而探索美国在实验灵长类动物的资源开发、生物学特性研究和服务于生命科学研究等方面所做的工作和取得的成绩,以期为我国实验灵长类动物资源挖掘、遗传多样性研究、表型分析、模型制备和药物评价等方面的工作提供参考与借鉴,取长补短,促进我国十三五期间实验灵长类动物学科发展和服务能力的提升。In this paper, we mainly introduced the construction of the National Primate Research Center in USA, and the development of these research departments, include the distribution of these research centers in the mainland of USA and their work mechanism.We want to get their experiences in non-human primates breeding and research, and want to find the work flow in serving bio-medical research.All these findings are focus on the discovery of new non-human primate resources in China mainland, and on research of primate genetics, medical models, systemic biology analysis, et al.Which will help us to develop the study of this laboratory animal, non-human primates, in China, and will improve our serving ability of non-human primate animals supplement for bio-medical research in the 13^th Five Year program in China.
