摘　　要：高校基层党组织是党在高校开展全部工作的基础,是高校党的一切工作的执行者和落脚点,贯彻落实高校职责使命的组织者、推动者和实践者。高校基层党组织需要适应新形势,直面挑战,围绕"从严治党具体化、党建工作制度化、工作任务责任化"的思路,从顶层设计、建章立制、队伍建设、管理模式、社会服务等方面改进和创新工作方式,不断增强组织活力,更好地履行职责任务。The grass-root party organization of college is the base of all the work of the Party in colleges, the implementer and fulcrum of all the work of the Party in colleges, and the organizers, promoters and practitioners of carrying out the mission of universities. The grass-root party organizations of colleges should adapt to the new situation and challenge, and form a series of measures, such as top-level design, construction of rules and regulations, team construction, management mode, society services and other aspects to improve and innovate working mode, and constantly enhance the vitality of organization, fulfill their duties and tasks.
