创新型湖南视角下高校产学研合作现状及对策研究

摘　　要：国外学者在创新型高校的成功经验总结时提出了"三螺旋理论",即政府、企业、高校的合作。要培养适应社会地方经济发展的人才,就一定要与产业部门和研究部门紧密地结合起来;要做到产学研合作,就必须建立完善的机制,而由政府牵头主导是最行之有效的途径。本文通过阐述"产学研"合作中政府、企业、高校、科研院所等各方的地位和作用,分析湖南高校产学研合作创新的现状,并深入探索对策。The foreign scholars have put forward the ＂three helix theory＂,which is the cooperation of the government,the enterprise and the university. To training to adapt to the social economic development of local talent, we must research and industry departments and departments closely together;to achieve cooperation,it is necessary to establish a perfect mechanism,and led by the government is the most etTective way of leading. This paper expounds the status and role of the government,enterprises,universities,research institutes and other parties in the cooperation of industry,University and research,analyzes the present situation of the cooperation of industry,University and Research Institute in Hunan,and probes into the Cotmtermeasures.
