摘　　要：湖南花鼓戏是中华民族文化的灿烂明星,也是我国地方戏曲艺术的重要组成部分。本文认为教育在文化传承和文化建设中起着主导作用,传统音乐的发展是高校音乐教育的发展基石,因此,在当今文化发展大潮的背景之下,传承和发展地方文化是高校建设的根本任务之一,具有非凡的时代价值和建设意义。Hunan Huagu opera is the culture of the Chinese nation＇s splendid star,is also an important part of our local opera art. This paper argues that education plays a leading role in the cultural heritage and cultural construction,the development of traditional music is the cornerstone of the development of music education in Colleges and universities, therefore,under the background of the development trend of culture,heritage and development of local culture is one of the fundamental tasks of the construction of colleges and universities,has the significance of the value of the times and the construction of extraordinary.
