摘　　要：中国的高校目前极为重视应用型人才的培养,因此,会根据专业学科的需要建立实践教学平台,将师生共组科研创新团队建立起来,不仅可以促进教师在专业领域更好地发展,而且还为创新人才的培养提供了支持。本论文对实践教学建设师生共组科研创新团队进行探究。College of China nowadays take practical application of talents training very seriously,therefore,the practical teaching platform establishing will meet the needs of the professional disciplines,then to build the teachers and students innovation team,which could promote teachers develop better with his profession,otherwise also provide the talents cultivation programming support. This paper elaborated and analyzed the significance,explored the constructing measures,for reformation of practice teaching.
