摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,人们的学习、工作方式也在不断地变化、发展。新的教育技术的出现,对教师提出更高的要求。英国开放式大学的校长马丁·比恩曾经说过,在信息时代里装作看不见的人,注定失败。如何提升教师教育技术能力的发展,本文就这个问题进行了一些探索。With the development of information technology,people＇s learning and working methods are constantly changing and developing. The emergence of new educational technology,puts forward higher requirements for teachers. Martin Bean,President of the British Open University,once said that in the information age,pretending to be invisible is doomed to failure. How to improve the development of teachers＇ educational technology ability,the paper takes this opportunity to make an exchange with the readers.
