摘　　要：现代学徒制是将传统学徒培训与现代学校教育相结合的合作教育制度,其强大的人才培养功能和效率为世人瞩目,因此成为很多国家经济发展和人力资源开发的重要战略。在中国,现代学徒制教育模式绝对是一种全新理念。大多数教育工作者是一头雾水,不知如何应对。但不了解并不等于不做。云南国土资源职业学院是全国百所现代学徒制试点学校之一,这就要求学院全体教师都必须认真学习并了解现代学徒制教育的重要性和具体实施过程中的规范性。Modern apprenticeship is cooperative education system of combining traditional and modern apprenticeship training school education,its powerful function and efficiency have being attracted the attention by people all over the world.Thus become a lot of national economic development and human resources development important strategic.In China,the modern apprenticeship education mode is a kind of new ideas. Most education workers feel confused and don＇t know how to respond. But do not know is not equal to don＇t do. The Land and Resources Vocational college of Yunnan is one of the best modern apprenticeship pilot schools,this requires all the teachers college must earnestly study and understand the modern apprenticeship the importance and standardization in the concrete implementation process.
