摘　　要：在研究生的椭偏光谱实验课中,本文站在学生的角度精心设计教学内容,采用理论结合实际的讲授方式,从仪器的注意事项、操作步骤、数据处理三方面深入讨论,使研究生更好地利用椭偏谱仪为科学研究提供有力的数据支持,并掌握一项科研仪器的使用技能。For the spectroscopic ellipsometer experiment of graduate students,the teaching content was carefully designed from the perspective of students. The application notice,operating steps,and processing data were instructed by combining theory with. practice for the lecture. Therefore,the graduate students can take full advantage ofellipsometer to provide powerful data support for their scientific research,and master the use of a scientific instruments skills.
