摘 要:目的调查区域医联体内乡镇卫生院护士的培训现状及需求。方法采用自行设计的培训需求调查表,对150名区域医联体内乡镇卫生院护士进行调查。结果 36.7%乡镇卫生院护士参加过县内培训,63.3%护士未参加过培训。对护理培训师资需求以临床经验丰富专科护士为主(58.7%),培训方式以案例分析为主(48.0%),每月培训1~2d(89.3%),理论与实践比为1∶2(66.7%);培训课程需求前三位为急诊急救、慢性病管理、老年人保健。结论乡镇卫生院护士参加培训机会较少,对培训的需求强烈,对培训的内容以实用为主。应充分结合乡镇群众的就诊需求和乡镇卫生院的功能定位,满足护士的培训需求,更好地为群众的健康服务。Objective To investigate the demand of standardized training among nurses working in township health centers of regional medical consortium. Methods A total of 150 nurses working in township health centers of regional medical consortium were investi- gated by using a self-designed questionnaire concerning their demand of standardized training. Results Totally,36.7% of the nurses had received county-level training, versus 63.3% without undergoing such training. As for the trainers, 58.7% preferred specialist nurses rich in clinical experiencel as for training methods, 48.0% gave priority to case analysis, 89.3% preferred 1- 2 days of training every month, 66.7% expected a schedule with a theory to practice ratio of 1 : 2. As for training contents, emergency first aid, chronic disease management and health care of elderly topped the list. Conclusion Nurses working in township health centers of regional medical consortium seldom have a chance of training, so they have strong need for training. Training programs for these nurses should be designed with special consideration into local inhabitantsr health care needs and the function of township health centers, and tailor to nurses' needs.
