摘 要:目的:以COMET模型为基础,评价护理专业(老年护理方向)学生老年照护能力水平,了解其职业能力基本状况。方法:基于COMET模型,编制老年照护职业能力测评问卷,设计合理的测评方案,对某职业院校大二、大三年级老年护理方向学生的老年照护能力进行测评。结果:大二学生中处于名义能力、功能性能力、过程性能力及整体化设计能力水平的人数分别占比为12.66%、82.28%、5.06%、0%;大三学生各能力水平所占比例分别为1.20%、37.35%、55.42%、6.02%。不同年级学生老年照护能力水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),大三年级学生职业能力水平总体高于大二学生(P<0.05)。结论:临床实习有助于提高老年护理方向学生职业能力水平,但仍有极少学生不具备老年照护所期望的能力水平。教学中应注意激发学生学习动机与兴趣,提高学生职业能力水平。[Objective] Based on the COMET model, the level of nursing care for students in the nursing profession (elderly nursing) was evaluated to understand the basic situation of their professional competence. [Method] Based on the COMET model, the questionnaire and the reasonable evaluation program were designed to evaluate the elderly nursing ability of the sophomore year and the third year students in a vocational college. [ Result] The proportion of sophomore students in nominal ability, functional ability, process ability and overall design ability was 12.66%, 82.28%, 5.06% and 0% respectively. The proportion of junior students' ability level was 1.20%, 37.35%, 55.42%, 6.02%, respectively ( P 〈 0.05). The level of occupational ability of junior year students was higher than that of sophomore students ( P 〈 0.05). [Conclusion] Clinical prac- tice helps to improve the level of occupational competence but there are still very few students who do not have the desired level of care for the elderly care. Teaching should pay attention to stimulate students to learn motivation and interest, to enable stu- dents to improve their professional ability level.
