探讨尼美舒利分散片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析偏头痛患者接受尼美舒利分散片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗的临床效果。方法根据2013年3月—2016年3月我院的80例偏头痛患者来分析研究,将患者分为对照组和观察组,均有40例,对照组使用单纯盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,观察组使用尼美舒利分散片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,对比分析两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组有13例治愈,17例显效,8例有效,2例无效,临床有效率是95.0%,共有5例复发病例,复发率12.5%;对照组有7例治愈,13例显效,11例有效,9例无效,临床治疗有效率是77.5%,有8例复发,临床复发率是20.0%。两组的临床治疗有效率和复发率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率是17.5%,对照组不良反应发生率是15.0%,两组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过治疗和处理,患者不良反应均得到治愈。结论偏头痛可以使用尼美舒利分散片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,其治疗有效率高,不良反应率低,安全可靠。Objective To study the clinical effect of nimesulide dispersible tablets combined with flunarizine hydrochloride in the treatment of migraine. Methods 80 cases of migraine patients from March 2013 to March 2016 in our hospital were analyzed. The patients were divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group using simple flunarizine hydrochloride treatment, the observation group used nimesulide dispersible tablets combined with flunarizine hydrochloride treatment, comparative analysis of the clinical therapeutic effect oftwo groups. Results The observation group of 13 cases were cured, 17 cases were cured, 8 cases effective, 2 cases ineffective, the clinical effective rate was 95.0%, there were 5 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 12.5%. The control group of 7 cases were cured, 13 cases were cured, 11 cases effective, 9 cases were invalid, the effective rate of clinical treatment was 77.5%. There were 8 cases of recurrence, clinical recurrence rate was 20.0%. The effective rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were statistically different, P 〈 0.05. The incidence of adverse reactionswas 17.5% in the observation group and 15.0% in the control group, and there was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups, P 〉 0.05. After treatment and treatment, the adverse reactions were cured. Conclusion Migraine can use nimesulide dispersible tablets combined with flunarizine hydrochloride treatment, the treatment of the high effective rate, adverse reaction rate is low, safe and reliable.
