摘  要:目的本研究将反转课堂与以问题为基础的学习(PBL)相结合,研究其在神经系统整合课程的教学中的效果。方法随机选择两个大班的临床医学专业的学生,分别通过传统的教学模式和反转课堂结合PBL教学模式接受神经系统整合课程的教学。通过问卷调查的方式了解学生的教学模式的满意度,并对比两组学生在期末考试中的成绩。结果与传统教学方法相比,学生对反转课堂结合PBL的教学方法满意度更高。而且接受反转课堂结合PBL教学法的学生的成绩更好。结论反转课堂结合PBL教学法能够激发学生的求知欲望,提高自主学习能力,显著提高神经系统整合课程的教学效果和效率。Objective This study combines the Flipped Classroom with problem-based learning (PBL), and research the application effect in teaching of nervous integrated curriculum. Methods Two large classes of clinical medicine major students were randomly selected and learned nervous integrated curriculum through traditional teaching mode or flipped classroom with PBL mode respectively. We investigate the satisfaction of two teaching modes through the questionnaire survey, and compared the results of the two groups of students in the final exam. Results Compared with the traditional teaching methods, the students' satisfaction to the flipped classroom with PBL mode is higher. And the examination performances of students who accept the PBL flipped classroom with PBL mode are better. Conclusion The flipped classroom with PBL teaching method can stimulate students' desire for knowledge, improve their autonomous learning ability, and significantly improve the teaching effectiveness and efficiency of the integrated curriculum of the nervous system.
