自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗霍奇金淋巴瘤15例临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自体外周血造血干细胞移植(APBSCT)治疗霍奇金淋巴瘤(HL)的临床疗效。方法选取2011年9月至2016年2月在该院血液科行APBSCT治疗的HL患者15例,Ann Arbor分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期,国际预后评分(IPS)为1~5分。采用CEAC方案预处理12例,BEAM方案2例,R-AEAC方案1例。结果所有患者均获得造血重建,中位随访时间28个月(7~63个月)。15例中14例存活,总生存率为93.3%;完全缓解12例,完全缓解率为80.0%;部分缓解1例;2例复发,复发率为13.3%,无疾病进展生存率为86.7%(13/15)。结论 APBSCT治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期HL,有效率高、风险小,未来值得进一步探索和总结。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation （APB- SCT） in patients with Hodgkin＇s lymphoma（HL）. Methods Fifteen HL patients with Ann Arbor stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ ,international prognostic score （IPS） 1 -5 points, who treated by APBSCT in department of Hematology of our hospital from September 2011 to February 2016 were selected. The preconditioning regimen included CEAC （12 cases）, BEAM （2 cases） and R-AEAC （1 case）. Results All the patients achieved hematopoietic reeonstitution, the median follow-up period of 28 months （7-63 months）, overall survival rate and complete remission rate were 93.3% （14/15）and 80.0% （12/15）,respectively; 1 case partial remission;2 cases recurrence,the recurrence rate was 13.3%. Conclusion APBSCT is a high effective and low risk therapeutic methods for HL patients（stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ） ,and it is worth of further investigation and concluded in future.
