摘 要:自然杀伤(NK)细胞具有抗肿瘤、抗感染、调节机体免疫应答等功能,是机体抗肿瘤和抗感染的第一道防线。在固有免疫系统中,NK细胞对靶细胞的作用不受主要组织相容性复合物(MHC)-Ⅰ分子限制,可以识别不表达MHC-Ⅰ类分子的细胞为靶细胞,如肿瘤细胞、病毒感染细胞等。因此其不需特异抗原的刺激,在免疫治疗领域有较好的前景。通过对NK细胞发育、增殖及凋亡等机制的深入研究,以NK细胞为基础的免疫疗法亦在国内外开展临床应用并初见成效。Natural killer(NK) cells with anti-tumor, anti-infection, regulate the body's immune response and other functions, are the first line of defense against tumor and infection. In the innate immune system, the effect of NK cells on target cells is not restricted by major histocompatibility complex (MHC)- I molecule,and it is possible to identify cells that do not express MHC- I molecules as target cells, such as tumor cells, virus infected cells. Therefore, it does not need specific antigen stimulation,and has a good prospect in the field of immunotherapy. Through deep research on the mechanism of NK cells development, proliferation and apeptosis, the NK cells based immunotherapy has been applied in clinical practice at home and abroad and has achieved initial success.
