球霰石的性质及其应用进展

摘　　要：球霰石是碳酸钙的亚稳定晶体,有较高的溶解度和表面自由能,以及良好的生物兼容性,不仅可应用于微胶囊、复合材料和仿生材料等制备领域,而且还可提高药物的溶解速率,提高药物的效果。球霰石性质独特,应用广泛,是一种具有相变活性的材料。主要对球霰石的性质进行了归纳,并综述了球霰石的应用。Vaterite is the metastable polymorph of calcium carbonate with much higher solubility and surface free energy, as well as excellent biocompatibility. The use of vaterite can be found in extensive areas, including the manufacture of microcapsule, composite materials, and biomimetic materials, and so on. Furthermore, vaterite can also be used to promote the dissolution speed of drug, thus, enhance the curing effect. Vaterite is an impor- tant active material possessing unique properties and wide application. This paper mainly summarizes the proper- ties of vaterite, and reviews the application.
