摘　　要：教学质量评价是高校教学质量监控和保障体系中的重要组成部分。当前,地方高校面临向应用型转型的机遇和挑战,深入开展教学质量评价改革是有效促进转型的重要抓手。传统的教学质量评价存在评价内容重知识轻能力、评价方式过于封闭、评价重结果轻过程、评价指标缺乏针对性等问题,转型高校必须要改变当前以知识为本的评价体系,建立以能力培养为本的教学评价体系,实现评价主体多元化、评价方式多样化、评价指标科学化。The teaching quality assessment is an important part of the teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system of the colleges and universities. At present, local colleges and universities are faced with the opportunity and challenge in the transition to the applicationoriented schools, thus, to deeply reform teaching quality evaluation is an important grasper to effectively promote the transformation. Problems exist in traditional teaching quality evaluation, thus, colleges and universities in transition should reform the knowledge-based evaluation system, establish the ability-based teaching evaluation system, achieve the diversification of evaluation body, diversification of evaluation approach and scientization of evaluation index.
