我国台湾地区家庭教育政策法规及其对大陆的启示

摘　　要：台湾地区现行家庭教育政策法规,反映出台湾建立了从当局教育部到地方县(市)的家庭教育工作管理机构、家庭教育工作有稳定的经费来源,有各种各样家庭教育课程适合不同人群的学习和培训,台湾的家庭教育活动丰富多彩并进入常态化和正规化状态,台湾的学者和官员重视家庭教育政策法规的修订和完善。台湾家庭教育政策法规建设对大陆的启示:适时制定家庭教育工作的政策法规,重视家庭教育政策法规的研究工作,优先解答家庭教育事业发展的关键问题,重视家庭教育政策法规的实操效果。The paper introduces the rules for the implementation of existing policies and regulations first to review Taiwan’s family education,the relevant laws,the implementation and educational policies,from the establishment of the Ministry of education authorities to local county(city)family education work of the Ministry of education and family education management agencies.Its local authorities have stable sources of funding,and there are a variety of family education courses for learning and training in family education activities of different groups.Taiwan scholars and officials are attaching great importance to the family education for improving education policies and regulations.Concrete suggestions are given after the review.
