摘 要:目的了解2014-2016年贵州省市售蔬菜中农药残留情况,为蔬菜监管和食品安全提供科学依据。方法 2014-2016年随机采集市售蔬菜761份,按照《国家食品中化学污染物及有害因素监测工作手册》检测农药含量,依据《食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量GB2763-2012》进行判断。结果监测的蔬菜761份,农药检出319份,检出率为41.92%;农药超标43份,超标率为5.65%。检出率最高的是叶菜类蔬菜,超标率最高的是豆类蔬菜;检出率最高的是拟除虫菊酯类农药;检出超标最多的是氨基甲酸酯类农药;监测的17种有机磷类农药中毒死蜱检出和超标最高,监测的7种氨基甲酸酯类农药中克百威检出和超标最高,监测的7种拟除虫菊酯类农药中氯氰菊酯检出和超标最高;此次监测出甲胺磷、久效磷、对硫磷、克百威等禁用农药。结论 3年监测结果总体来看我省的市售蔬菜农药残留情况不容乐观,存在禁用农药仍有使用的现象。Objective To understand the pesticide residues in sold vegetables in Guizhou Province during 2014 -2016, and provide a scientific basis for vegetable regulation and food safety. Methods 761 copies market - sold, vegetables were randomly collected in 2014 - 2016 according to The Manual of Monitoring of Chemical Contaminants and Harmful Factors in Food,and the pesticide content was detected. Judgments were made in line with National Food Safety Standard -Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides in Food GB2763 -2012. Results In 761 vegetables Monitored, the pesticide was detected in319 copies, with the detection rate of 41.92%. Pesticide in 43 copies exceeded the limit, with surpassing the rate of 5.65%. The highest detection rate was leafy vegetables, and the highest exceeding standard rate was legume vegetables. The highest detection rate was pyrethroid pesticide. What most exceeded the standard was carbamate pesticides. Among the 17 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides monitored, chlorpyrifos was most detected and exceeded the required standard. 7 kinds of carbamate pesticide monitoring in G Budweiser was highest and exceeded the standard of Cypermethrin. The detection of 7 kinds of pyrethroid pesticide monitoring in the highest and exceeded the standard. Conclusion 3 years of monitoring the overall results of the province' s vegetable pesticide residues in the market situation are not optimistic There is still the phenomenon of pesticide use which is prohibited.
