摘　　要：2008年《高新技术企业认定管理办法》实施以来,高新技术企业认定工作取得了良好效果。2016年,国家对相关政策进行了修订。文章从实体条件、认定程序等角度,对进一步完善认定办法提出了建议。Since the implementation of Certification Management Methods for High-tech Enterprises in 2008, certification of high-tech enterprises achieved a satisfactory result. In 2016, the state revised the relevant policies. This paper analyzes the situations from the aspects of entity conditions and certification processes, etc. and proposes suggestions on further improving the recognition methods.
