复方谷氨酰胺胶囊预防妇科肿瘤放疗后肠道反应的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方谷氨酰胺胶囊对妇科恶性肿瘤放疗后肠道反应的保护作用。方法回顾性分析145例接受放射治疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者,102例在接受放射治疗的同时口服复方谷氨酰胺胶囊(即治疗组),43例在放疗时不使用复方谷氨酰胺胶囊(即对照组)。评价两组患者发生放射性肠炎的情况。结果所有患者均完成了治疗计划,当放疗总剂量达20Gy时,治疗组发生放射性肠炎的比例为30.4%,对照组发生放射性肠炎的比例为48.8%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。放疗计划全部完成后,治疗组发生Ⅲ、Ⅳ级放射性肠炎的比例23.5%,对照组发生Ⅲ、Ⅳ级放射性肠炎的比例41.9%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。然而,放射性肠炎的发生程度在不同的年龄段和不同分期之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方谷氨酰胺能降低妇科恶性肿瘤患者放疗后急性肠道反应的程度,也能延缓急性放射性肠道反应的发生时间。Objective To explore the protective effect of compound glutamine capsules in intestinal response after radiotherapy for gynecologic tumors. Methods 145 cases of gynecological malignant tumor treated with radiotherapy were retrospectively analyzed.102 cases in treatment group were treated with compound glutamine capsules while receiving radiotherapy.43 eases in control group were not treated with compoun.d glutamine capsules.Radiation enteritis situation of the two groups was compared. Results All patients completed the treatment plan.When the total dose of radiotherapy was 20Gy;the proportion of radiation enteritis in the treatment group was 30.4%,and the proportion of radiation enteritis in the control group was about 48.8%,and difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.After the completion of radiotherapy,the proportion of patients with grade III and IV radiation enteritis of treatment group was 23.5%, the control group was 41.9%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of radiation enteritis between different ages and stages（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Compound glutamine can decrease the degree of acute intestinal response after radiotherapy in patients with gynecological malignancies,and delay the occurrence time of acute radiation intestinal reaction.
