摘　　要：目的探讨消毒供应室最佳的管理方法。方法在消毒供应室的管理过程中,采取分组管理模式,即分别成立质控管理小组、设备管理小组、业务学习管理小组和科研管理小组四个小组进行管理。结果在无菌器械包的缺陷发生率,其他科室人员对消毒供应室工作的满意度、护士对管理模式的体会和科室科研能力四方面,与未开展分组管理模式前比较,前者的效果均更为理想。结论在消毒供应室采取分组管理模式,有效提高了管理效率和质量。Objective To explore the management of disinfection and supply room the best method. Methods In the management of disinfection and supply room,the group management mode was used, that was,quality management team,equipment management team,business learning management team and scientific research management team 4 team management were established to manage them. Results The effect of group management model was more ideal on incidence rate of aseptic package,the satisfaction of other departments to the work of the sterilization and supply room,the experience of nurses in the management mode and the scientific research ability of the department in 4 aspects,compared with non group management mode. Conclusion The group management model in disinfection and supply room can effectively improve the management efficiency and quality.
