摘  要:目的研究磷酸化组蛋白H3(PHH3)在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达,探讨PHH3在乳腺癌组织学分级中的价值及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化En Vision法研究85例浸润性导管癌中PHH3的表达。结果 PHH3标记的核分裂指数与HE染色下的核分裂指数具有很好的相关性,PHH3标记的核分裂指数高于HE染色下的核分裂指数。基于PHH3染色的核分裂指数,1例由组织学分级Ⅰ级上升到Ⅱ级,4例由组织学分级Ⅱ级上升到Ⅲ级。PHH3标记的高分裂指数与组织学分级和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄、肿瘤部位和大小无关(P>0.05)。结论 PHH3是一种更好的标记核分裂象的标记物,可提高乳腺浸润性导管癌组织学分级的准确性,从而更好地指导临床治疗。Objective To study the expression of phosphohistone H3 (PHH3) in breast invasive ductual carcinoma, and to explore the value of PHH3 in the histologic grading of breast invasive ductual carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical EnVision staining was used to detect the expression of PHH3 in 85 cases of invasive carcinoma of breast. Results There was a positive correlation between PHH3-1abeled mitotic index and HE-stained mitotic index. Based on PHH3-1abeled mitotic index, it was shifted from grade I to grade II in one case, and from grade Ⅱ to grade Ⅲ in 4 cases. High PHH3-1abeled mitotic index was related to histologic grade and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , but unrelated to age, location and size of tumor ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion PHH3 can serve as a promising marker for specific detection of mitotic figures and may improve the accuracy of the histologic grading of breast invasive carcinoma, which may provide the guidance for clinical treatment.
