摘　　要：完整、准确地理解"四种形态",是各地、各部门认真贯彻落实监督执纪"四种形态"的基本前提。从系统论的角度看,监督执纪"四种形态"是一个相互关联的整体。应从监督执纪每种形态的内部逻辑、"四种形态"之间的相互关联、"四种形态"与全面从严治党的内在统一这三个层面,理解监督执纪"四种形态"的整体性。只有这样,才能避免陷入党委主体责任弱化、"全面"与"从严"界限不分及"大事化小、小事化了"等思想认识误区。A complete and exact understanding of the ＂Four Forms＂ is a basic premise for all areas and departments to fully implement the supervision and execution of disciplines in the ＂Four Forms＂ completely and accurately. Viewed from a system theory perspective, the ＂four forms＂ of supervision and execution of disciphnes is an interrelated whole, which should be understood from such three layers： the internal logic of each form of the ＂Four Forms＂, the interrelationship between the ＂Four Forms＂, and the internal unity of ＂Four Forms＂ and strict and comprehensive administration of the Party. Such would be the means for the Party to avoid sinking into the ideological trap of a weakened Party Commission in its leadership responsibility, a failure in the division of being ＂comprehensive＂ and being ＂strict,＂ and the intention of turning major issues into minor ones, and the minor ones to nothing.
