摘 要:齿形参数是影响齿轮承载能力的重要因素,针对车用变速器中的斜齿轮,考虑其特有参数——螺旋角并结合齿顶高系数,分析此类齿形参数对齿轮承载能力的影响具有十分重要的意义。以齿轮的弯曲和接触承载能力为研究目标,考虑不同的螺旋角及齿高系数,建立相应的参数模型,通过传统理论方法探究斜齿轮齿形参数对其承载能力的影响,并通过有限元分析对理论结果进行验证。研究表明:螺旋角与齿顶高系数的增大都会使齿轮接触强度提高,但是对于齿根弯曲强度来说,大齿顶高对它是不利的。Tooth profile parameters are the important factors that affect the load-carrying capacity of gear, directing against the transmission of the helical gear, considering its characteristic parameters of spiral angle and combining with the addendum coefficient, analyzing this kind of tooth profile parameters on the influence of load-canTing ca- pacity of gear is of great significance. With the gear bending and contact load-canTing capacity as the research tar- get, considering the different spiral angle and tooth height coefficient, the corresponding parameter model was es- tablished, through the traditional theory to explore the helical gear tooth profile parameters on its load-canTing ca- pacity, it is verified by finite element analysis. Research shows that spiral angle and the increase of the addendum coefficient will make the gear contact strength increase, but for the tooth root bending strength, large addendum is adverse to it.
