摘 要:为了解决飞机机身快速检测问题,提高检测的效率和准确度,设计了一种利用无人机搭载检测设备对飞机机身进行检测的飞机机身结构快速检测系统。利用多旋翼无人机的优点,系统硬件采用了多层次、模块化的开放式结构设计,构造了一套通用的软件测试平台。整个系统分为移动机载控制平台和后端处理平台两个部分,能够实现图像的回传和检测过程的实时监控,并通过对采集的数据进行分析处理,得出最后的诊断结果和检测报告。最后,通过完成的系统对真实飞机检测,数据结果验证了系统的有效性,可以用于飞机的快速检测。In order to solve the problem of rapid detection of aircraft fuselage and improve efficiency and accuracy of detection, a rapid detection system for airplane fuselage structure was designed, which used the detection device and multiple rotor unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV). Multi-level and modular open structure design was adopted for the system's hardware, and a set of general software testing platform was constructed. The whole system was divided into the mobile airborne control platform and the back-end processing platform, which could realize feedback of images and real-time monitoring for detection process. Through the analysis of collected data, the final diagnosis results and the test report could be obtained. Finally, the system was used to detect the real air-craft, and the effectiveness of the system was verified by the results.
