摘  要:针对当前应用型人才培养模式的不足,将混合学习和翻转课堂相结合,使网络化教学和传统面对面教学优势互补。创建网络教学资源平台,采取课前学生在线学习,课堂教师与学生讨论的翻转课堂形式,并在成绩评定方面加强对实践应用能力的考核,注重学生的自学能力但同时也不忽视教师的主导作用,让教师能在实践过程中对学生有针对性的引导和教学,增强学生学习积极性,培养学生沟通、协作、创新和实践的能力。Aiming at the deficiencies in training applied talents, combining the blended teaching model with the flipped classroom, makes the online teaching and the traditional face-to-face teaching complement each other. Establishing the online teaching resource platform, in a way of flipped classroom, students preview the courses before the class and discuss with the teacher in the class. Strengthens the examination to the practical ability in the performance evaluation, focuses on the students' self-learning ability but also teachers' leading role, so that the teacher can give each student a specific guidance in the process of practice to enhance students' learning enthusiasm, cultivate students' abilities of communication, cooperation, innovation and practice.
