加快课程国际化体系建设的研究

摘　　要：在国家"一带一路"战略方针的指引下,高等教育的开放办学已达到了前所未有的大好机遇,我国已与相关"一带一路"国家签订了学历学位互认协议,实施"丝绸之路"留学推进计划,来华留学生将不断地增加,教育国际化已不是停留在纸上谈兵,而是付诸于行动的关键时刻,而优质来华留学生的人才培养方案的制定,是高等教育国际化人才培养的生命线,只要有优质的国际化课程体系,才能使培养出优秀的国际化人才,国家两个"纲要"中明确提出人才培养体制改革的关键是更新教育观念,核心是改革人才培养体制,要提升高等教育国际化人才的培养,关键是要健全国际化课程体系,,也是高校国际化发展的内在需求。为了加快国际化人才培养方案的制定,学校也将国际化课程体系建设纳入到学校国际化战略发展规划,文章针对浙江本地高校国际化课程体系建设进行探讨。Under the guidance of the national of ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy, an opening running college mode for higher education has reached an unprecedented opportunity. Our country has signed with the ＂The Belt and Road＂ countries for the higher education degree and diploma mutual recognition agreement, implemented the promotion of studying abroad-- ＂the Silk Road＂ plan. The international students in China will increase continuously so that the internationalization of education should not be an armchair strategy. It is a crucial point to put into action for improving the talent-training program which is the lifeline of the internationalization of talent-training of higher education. Only high quality curriculum system can cultivate better international talents. Two＂ outlines＂ from Chinese National ministry of Education point out that ＂The key to reform the talent-training system is to renew the educational concept. To improve the quality of internationalization talent-training, it is important to perfect the internationalization curriculum system and it is the internal need to colleges and universities internationalization development as well.＂ For expediting the internationalization talent-training program, the university decide to put the construction of internationalization curriculum system into the university internationalization development strategic plan. This article is aim for the colleges and universities in Zhejiang and will illustrate the construction of internationalization curriculum system.
