摘 要:对可生物降解润滑油的发展历程,生物降解机理,评价方法,可生物降解基础油和添加剂进行了详细地综述。植物油和合成酯是两类主要的可生物降解基础油。植物油的可生物降解率可以达到90%以上。合成酯依据结构不同,生物降解性能差异较大,有的易于生物降解,有的难以生物降解。对于某些难于生物降解的润滑油如矿物油,可以添加生物降解促进剂促进降解,提高生物降解率。目前,矿物润滑油仍然占据主导地位,但既能满足使用要求,又与环境相容的可生物降解润滑油将是发展的方向。The development of biodegradable lubricants,biodegradation mechanism,evaluation methods, biodegradable base oils and additives were reviewed in detail.Vegetable oils and synthetic esters were two main biodegradable base oils.The biodegradability of vegetable oils could reach more than 90% .According to the different structures of synthetic esters, biodegradability of synthetic ester had big difference, and some were easily to be biodegradable, and some were difficultly to be biodegradable.For some lubricants which could not be easily biodegradable,such as mineral oils,biodegradable aceelerants could be added to promote degradation and increase biodegradability.At present, mineral lubricants were still dominant.But the biodegradable lubricants, both meet the requirements of use and also compatible with the environment, would be the direction of development.
