摘　　要：近年来,服装纺织品的甲醛问题越来越受到广大消费者的普遍关注,但许多消费者并不了解纺织服装上的甲醛来源以及为何纺织服装上存在残留的甲醛。服装衬布在整理的过程中几乎都要涉及甲醛的使用,在整理生产中,为了达到防皱、防缩、阻燃等效果,保持印花、染色的耐久性,获得不同的手感,就需在助剂中添加甲醛。本文就甲醛在服装衬布整理中的应用和危害、甲醛残留的产生过程、主要途径和控制预防等展开研讨,以求掌握国际国内市场需求新动向,重点关注服装衬布整理中的环保、安全、健康的要求,在预防和控制中下功夫,最大限度降低衬布整理中甲醛含量,适应广大消费者对健康、安全、环保、卫生的需求,维护消费者的切身利益。In recent years, the problem of formaldehyde on garment and textiles has been more and more attention of consumers, but many consumers do not understand the sources and of formaldehyde and reasons of rudimental formaldehyde on textile and garment. The production of interlinings in the finishing process almost relates to formaldehyde, in order to achieve wrinkle free, shrink proof. Flame retardant effect, in order to maintain the durability of printing, dyeing, in order to obtain a different hand feels, it needs to add formaldehyde in auxiliary. The text study on the application and harm of formaldehyde, production process and residue formaldehyde, main approaches ,control and prevention, in order to grasp the new trend of the international and domestic market demand and focus on the environmental protection, safety and health requirements on garment interlinings, pay more attention to the prevention and control ,efforts to minimize the formaldehyde content in finishing process, adapt to the consumers requirement for health, safety, environmental protection, health needs, safeguard the vital interests of consumers
