摘  要:提出了一种内嵌有径向充磁永磁体的新型磁通切换电机,分析了径向充磁永磁体对电机的影响,并对电机的工作原理进行了分析。建立了12/10极磁通切换电机的有限元模型,对电机的静态特性进行了研究,包括气隙磁密、磁链、反电动势和电感等特性。计算结果表明,内嵌有径向充磁永磁体的磁通切换电机可以有效减小定子轭部的漏磁,增强永磁材料的利用率;同时新拓扑结构的磁通切换电机的绕组具有一致性和互补性。A novel switched flux machine, which embeds with radial magnetized permanent magnet was proposed. The influence of radial magnetizedpermanent magnet on switched flux machineis analyzed and the working principle of the motor was also analyzed. The finite element model of 12/10 pole switched flux machineis established and the static characteristics of the motor were studied, including the air gap flux density, flux linkage and back EMF. Calculation results show that adding radial magnetized permanent magnet to switched flux machine reduces flux leakage outside the stator yoke effectively and enhance the utilization of permanent magnet materials. The analysis results also demonstrate that the newly topological structure of the switched flux machine winding is with consistency and complementarity.
