摘  要:针对异步电机变频调速系统,阐述了电源板设计与驱动板设计框图。对于主控板描述了电流检测和速度反馈模块的设计电路,说明了CPLD模块的逻辑图设计。详细阐述了矢量控制系统框图,分析了基于DSP对异步电机的矢量控制过程。描述了矢量控制程序设计和矢量控制算法流程图,给出了捕获模块与速度计算模块设计思路等。阐述了空间矢量模块程序设计具体思路。给出了矢量控制测试结果以及对应扇区三相波形图。实现了PID闭环控制并给出了速度测量曲线图。For the asynchronous motor variable frequency speed regulation system, expound the design diagram of power plate and drive plate. The main control board describes circuit design of current detection and speed feedback module. CPLD module logic diagram design was illustrated. Detailed diagram of vector control system was expounded in detail. Analyze vector control process of asynchronous motor based on the DSP. The program design of vector control and overall flow diagram of vector control were described. The design thought of capture module and speed calculating module were given. The specific idea of space vector module program design was described. The test results of vector control and the corresponding sector three-phase waveform was given. PID closed-loop control was realized and the velocity measurement curve was given.
