摘 要:目的探讨通过可控因素的调整来提高弥散加权成像和动态增强成像影像质量。方法收集305例女性乳腺病变患者,进行横断位T_1W_I、带脂肪饱和技术的T_2W_I、弥散加权成像、动态增强扫描,利用GE自带分析软件在异常强化病灶内选取ROI并绘制出时间-信号强度曲线(TIC)。对比分析各因素对图像质量的影响。结果本组患者中283例图像有足够的信噪比,获得的T_1灌注时间-信号强度曲线时间分辨率合理良好。22例图像质量不理想。结论通过优化各可控因素,使乳腺磁共振检查技术程序化,可获得更高质量的磁共振图像。Objective Through the adjustment of controllable factors, to improve the diffusion weighted imaging and dynamic enhanced imaging image quality. Methods 305 cases of female breast lesions were selected, and subjected to cross sectional Tl WI, T2WI, diffusion weighted imaging with saturated fat technology, dynamic enhanced scan. Using GE with analysis software, we selacted ROI in abnormal strengthening lesions and drew the time signal intensity curve (TIC). The factors that affected image quality were compared and analyzed. Results 283 images had enough signal to noise ratio, the T- perfusion time signal intensity curve resolution was reasonably good. Conclusion . By optimizing the controllable factors, making the procedural breast magnetic resonance imaging technology can obtain higher quality of magnetic resonance imaging.
