摘　　要：目的探讨脾脏硬化性血管瘤样结节性转化(sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformationofthespleen,SANT)的CT表现。方法回顾性分析11例经手术病理证实为SANT患者的临床、CT资料并复习相关文献,分析、总结SANT的CT表现。结果 11例均为单发的类圆形肿块(11/11)。CT平扫11例(11/11)均表现为低密度,其中1例(1/11)病灶中心出现点状钙化。4例(4/11)边界欠清,7(7/11)边界清楚。CT增强扫描11例(11/11)均呈渐近性、向心性强化趋势。4例(4/11)见结节样强化。7例(7/11)见"辐轮征"。8例(8/11)见假包膜。9例(9/11)见"星芒征"。结论 SANT的CT表现具有一定特征性,渐进性强化、"辐轮征"及"星芒征"为其CT的特征表现,尤其出现假包膜高度提示SANT的诊断。Objective To investigate the CT performance of sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation （SANT） of the spleen. Methods Clinical and CT data of 11 patients with SANT which were confirmed by operation and pathology were retro- spectively analyzed, and the related literatures were reviewed. The CT performance of SANT were analyzed and summarized. Results The 11 cases were all solitary （11/11 ） and with low density （11/11 ） by CT noncontrast enhanced scan. Calcification in the center of the lesion was scanned in 1 case （1/11）. Among the 11 cases, 4 presented with with an unclear boundary （4/11）, and 7 with a clear boundary （7/11）. CT enhanced scan of 11 cases showed a trend of progressive and concentric enhancement （11/11）. 4 cases presented with nodular enhancement （4/11）, 7 cases with ＂ Spoke Wheel Pattern＂ （7/11）, g cases with false envelope （ 8/11 ）, and 9 cases with ＂Star sign＂ （9/11 ）. Conclusion CT manifestations of SANT has certain characteris- tics： progressive enhancement, ＂ wheel syndrome＂ and ＂astral sign＂. And pseudocapsule appeared highly suggestive SANT.
