摘 要:自"农村订单定向医学生免费培养项目"实施以来,定向医学生是否能留任基层,切实改善农村地区卫生人力状况是国家和社会关注的重点。本研究以教育激励理论为基础,采用社会心理学的情景实验方法,分析该教育政策中正激励与负激励分别产生的效果与值得推广的经验。发现在正激励中,"工资高定"是最有吸引力的教育激励;在负激励中,"诚信档案"是最有约束力的教育激励。为进一步做好定向医学生的教育激励,改进县一级层面"农村订单定向医学生免费培养"的教育政策提供了现实依据和可操作的参考指标。Since the implementation of the "Rural-Oriented Tuition waived Medical Students Education Program(RTMSEG)", the state as well as the society concerns about whether these medical students could retain and improve the health status in rural areas. Based on the theory of educational motiva tion and method of social psychology scenario experiment, this research analyzed the effect both of positive and negative incentives on the education policy of RTMSEG. The results showed that "high salary" is most attractive among positive incentives; whereas the "Credit Files" is most effective a mong negative incentives. The conclusion provided a realistic basis and reference for the education motivation of medical students and policy improvement in county level areas.
